Each ticket has a Summary text box at the top of it where you can leave comments and a summary of the ticket for yourself and for others to reference on what it is that happened in the communications. |

Of course other than just collecting the details of the conversation, you can insert pictures also in here and any extra details that might be needed for the resolution of the query. Also you can edit each others comments. |
