On the left hand side vertical menu, the second menu point is the Tickets. This- will take you to the list of all tickets that is visible for you. |

Once you are on the Tickets, you will have the options to: |

There is a checkbox before the Sort by text and as well front of every ticket |

Checking in the one front of Short by will select all listed tickets and on the top new options will pop up, otherwise all ticket has its own separate selection. Once one is selected the below options appear: |

On the right hand side you will have the “New” button, the search field and the bell icon. |

Under new you will be able to create: |

In the search field you can insert in any kind of data and that information will be searched in all the details of the tickets. Or you can specify what kind of results you are looking for. Once you step into the search field it will open up a list for you where you can change the filter hit preference to show All or only specific ones like Tickets. It will list your recently searched, recently viewed, you will be able to clear this history as well change settings. |

The Bell is for the notifications, you can set up desktop notifications and here choose which notification should show for you (like new ticket to the group or new ticket assigned to you, responses, etc.) and if it should make a sound as well. |
